    Our company always organizes the delivery all over Ukraine.

    For delivery the order, buyer must pay the delivery cost. To obtain a refund for goods, the buyer must give the purchase receipt and order form. Other circumstances are regulated by the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

    Goods, which were made for buyer’s order and with the individual characteristics (such as size, fabrics, color and other parameters) are related to the non-standard category, individual items and cannot be changed or returned.

    More detailed information of the customer’s rights and responsibilities as well as the terms and conditions of the Contract is specified in the exact contract signed with the buyer (customer).
