According to the conditions of purchase and return of goods which are available at the supplier’s warehouse or at the branded stores, you have the rights to return goods in good quality within 14 days since the date of purchase.

It is important to notice that goods, which were produced for buyer’s order and with the individual characteristics, are related to the non-standard category, individual items and cannot be changed or returned.  It concerns such materials as fabrics, lumber, moldings (skirting boards, platbands), board materials (wood fiber and chipboards, plywood) and glass that have been cut or adjusted to the size specified by the buyer (customer).

To return the goods you need to keep it in its original condition: goods must not be used, the package must not be damaged and the goods must be without any scratches, dents, or chips.

The delivery expenses for returning goods to the supplier’s warehouse should be paid by buyer’s account. If you want to refund the cash, you have to provide the purchase bill of the payment and order specification. The return of goods purchased by bank transfer is carried out in accordance with the Ukrainian legislation.

Money refund is provided after the returning the goods within one to seven banking days.
